Limestone Grinding Process

The raw limestone is first crushed by the jaw crusher into small particles suitable for grinding. The crushed material is transported by bucket elevator to the storage hopper and then evenly fed into the YGM95 grinding mill through the vibrating feeder.

 

Inside the grinding chamber, the grinding rollers rotate around the central shaft and press the limestone material against the grinding ring under high-pressure spring force. The ground powder is lifted by airflow to the classifier.

 

Qualified fine powder enters the cyclone collector as finished product, while coarse particles return to the grinding chamber for additional grinding. The final limestone powder is collected and packed automatically for transportation and industrial use.

 

The entire production line operates in a closed-loop airflow system, reducing dust leakage and improving workshop cleanliness.
